My hair is a light light brown at the top (almost blonde) and dark at the bottom and...?

i wanna dye it a light auburn. and i kno its gonna turn out lighter at the top than the bottom because its so blonde at the top. i want it all to turn out 1 color. any suggestions??

Bleach all of your hair and then dye it.
