  1. use shampoo's and conditioners without alcohol this is the main reason you're getting dry hair. try suave. it's really cheap and it does the hair wonders. i also had a 40 dollar serrem for my hair... ahaha and that works amazing too

  2. you need to get a trim. get them regularly like once a month and get regular conditioning treatments like hot oil that you can do yourself. in a few months you'll see a difference

  3. by a shampoo and conditioner that does not have all the detergents in it. i use sleek look. its expensive but its good stuff.

  4. get the dead ends cut off. and use a good type of shampoo. and dont straighten or blow dry it for a little while. ^.^

  5. Since your hair is pretty long, you could get about 2 inches cut off (or wherever the major damage starts) and have it still look nice and long.  (Your style is very cute by the way.)  That way, once the damage is gone, you can focus on the upkeep.  You really need to get a trim every couple months at least.  In the warm months, your hair grows faster, so going every 6 wks would be better.  As far as products, you really don't have to buy anything expensive or special.  I have strong and healthy hair, and I just use basic shampoo-- either Garnier Fructise or Herbal Essence (Long Term Relationship).  If you blow dry your hair, I highly recommend using a leave-in conditioner beforehand to protect your hair.  I've used Aussie Hair Insurance for several years now, and I have zero breakage.  I also only blow dry a few times a week, not every day.  Those products I mentioned only cost around $3 a piece at wal-mart, so they are definitely worth a try.  Good luck!!

  6. From the picture it does not look that damaged; however, clipping your ends is always a good start.  However, if you are looking for a new look, clipping all of the damaged hair off at one time can give you that new look plus your hair will be healthier as well.  A deep conditioner is always helpful as well.

  7. if its just the tips of the hair then trim it but if its like all of your hair then idk

  8. It looks fine ?

But maybe trim the ends, in case you have split ends and that's what's causing you to think your hair is damaged. Also use damage repair shampoo.

  9. pantene pro-v beautiful lengths. it reduces split ends and makes your hair look great and healthy which is hard to get with long hair cause there is double damage than short hair. hope i have helped!!!

  10. get treatment at sallys or my mom uses manays and eggs it works
