My hair is brown,dyed it a month ago,if i use peroxide in my hair 2 make the top layer blonde willit fall out?

You should go to a salon, but if money is an issue, you can buy real hair dye with instructions and everything to make sure it doesnt fall out and they are only $7-$15 depending on the brands.

i don't know about peroxide. but there are some really light blonde box dyes that work well, & hair dye bleach. :] it wont fall out ... or atleast it shouldn't but if you want to be extremely safe a salon is your best bet. ^-^
