Question:

My hair is falling out...?

I think this is due to a bad diet. Can someone pls give me some advice on what i should eat for it stop stop falling out. I have naturally thick hair but now it is so thin, i don't know what's happening to it.

  1. You can do lots of things, but here i'm telling you simple things that you have to do for your whole life.

    1. Oil your hair before shampooing 2 hours before with some massage. User different types of oils such as almond, amla, mustard, cocunt.

    2. Do some yoga excercises in morning.  I'll suggest you two asanas (Yoga excercise or posture) and two pranayams (Breathing excercise), you will really get benefits from these.

    Asanas: 1. Srishasana, 2. The Plough Posture or Halasana

    Pranayams: 1. Anulom vilom, 2. kapalbhati

    just give these names in google.com, you will find how to perform these.

    Do it in morning with empty stomach, first asanas and then pranayam with short breaks.

  2. I had this problem 2 years ago. I went to the docs and found that I had an under active thyroid. I didn't have any other symptoms. I now take daily medication and every thing is fine. It might be worth checking.

You can get Hair, Skin and Nails vitamins from the pharmacy.  Also try and avoid putting heat on your hair.  Sometimes losing hair is due to stress, so if it is try and relax more.  Eat loads of fruit (pineapples, kiwis and strawberries are good) and veg (green peppers esp), beans, seeds, wholegrains, eggs, rice.  If you're a veggie try and get as much protein as possible, quinoa, beans, tofu are good sources

  6. Yes hair falling out is due to a bad diet. It is often because people are not eating enough fats and oils. Mine did the same. So i ate plenty of vegetarian ( im a veggie too ) cheeses and cooked my food in olive and sunflower oil. I made sure i had at the very least a handful and a half of this then my hair strt grwoing back faster than it ever did b4! its is now so shiny and healthy and i very often get alot of complements and people asking me what shampoo i use! But my secret is shampoo its eating cheese and cooking in oil! Hope i helped x

  7. I am not sure, the hair loss could be due to stress as this is one of the major causes of hair loss, if you're stressed you need to either resolve the issue or find a way to relax!!

    in terms of healthy diet, i heard eating carrot juice everyday is ver good for the hair! i say drink a lot more water, and have a good balanced diet, that means a little bit of everything! also fish is very good for you!!

    also, don't use straightners and curling tongs, they damage the hair like crazy and also cause thining of the hair!!

  8. More iron. Spinach, broccoli etc. Eat it with a citrus fruit so aid iron absorption

  9. Eat lots of beans, nuts, milk, and cheese, these are high in protein and will help your hair grow thicker. :D
