My hair is flippy around the face ...?

my hair is short and flippy around my face how can i make it un-flippy? its short and straighting it kinda helps and how can i make my hair straighter with out a flat iron?

well first you can take a brush and a blow dryer and put the brush under that chunk of hair you want straight. then you take the blow dryer and put it on the top of the hair so its on the brush. then you move downward with the blow dryer and the brush moving down at the same time. do it at least twice over and you got it. also there is sun silk straight shampoo and conditioner. it works great. i dont know about the flippyness but use maybe a coupla bobby pins to put some parts down :)
