My hair is naturally very straight, how can I give it volume?

My hair is very straight and flat naturally. You'd think I'd straightened it, but nothing works. I've tried putting those products in, it lasts for around 2 hours then it goes flat again. Which products or techniques actually works? I just want my hair to have some volume.

its miracle for u to have that flat hairs.  but if u want some volume on it cut in layer style.

Go to some beauty parlour.They can help you.I personally am a fan of straight hair although my hair is wavy.Just the reverse of your case I suppose:)

Get it layered with a razor........ It makes a huge difference......... Also, I say try teasing your hair......... And use hairspray to hold it........ Or if you dont like hairspray, use a head band or a ribbon.,..... That should hold it in place for a while...... =p Hope I helped......

Try layers, if your hair is long products won't work your will be to heavy for the products to keep working for a long period of time.

Still try layers if you don't have them already but keep adding more products every hour or two. I use Surf Hair by Garnier.

well u can givem some layers and put them in rollers when ur hair is wet and leave to dry .

Hahaha I have the reverse issue. My hair has too much volumer, I like it flat.

  Try using the products like volumizing conditioner even though you say it doesn't work. What I do, on days when I want my hair to be like that, when I'm in the shower, I wash my hair, the put in the conditioner leaving it in while I do other things like shaving so it has time to soak it. When you are out of a shower, blowdry it, but be sure yourconditioner adds moisture so you don't kill your hair ! =] Try curling it slightly, maybe not even curl but use either a curling iron or even flat iron and twist or curl a few random parts of your hair, making it seem bigger and volumized.

  Tossle your hair a bit.

  Hairspray. Is. Key. Get your hair the way you want. Spray your hair over all, on individual pieces, and at the root, which will give your hair a a lift, making it look bigger, thus, adding volume. Don't over kill on the hairspray or else it will look thick, hard, and fake.
