  1. well the first thing is first...

go get your hair cut and ask for the dead ends to be cut off.

no matter what length your hair is dead/split ends are not good.

i just got this done yesterday,my hair was really dry and i though i only had like 1/2 an inch of unhealthy hair..

but it turns out..i had 2 inches..

it doesnt sound like much but it makes a h u g e difference!

    also try a hydrating shampoo.

i use this in the summer time because my hair gets dried out...

    herbal essenses hello hydration..

    http://www.herbalessences.com/us/collect...

its never more than $5 and works really well.

just because i swim often my hair gets dried out so i use the whole system..shampoo,conditioner,and leave in conditioner.

another one i know is good from experience is aussie "moist".

get the shampoo and conditioner..worked wonders on my hair.

    http://www.aussie.com/us/collections/moi...

also try garnier fructis strength and repair deep conditioner

    hope i helped:)

  2. Coconut shampoo works a treat! Also those little treat sachets of hot oil or conditioning balms like Aussie stuff is brill for a quick fix.

  3. head and shoulders, but i have to say pantene works on mine :)

  4. Heres a routine that will get your hair nice & healthy.

First, buy Herbal Essensces shampoo & conditioner for dry & damaged hair.

Try to use as little shampoo as possible.

Because shampoo DOES dry out hair.

Leave conditioner in for 10 minutes, Then wash with cold water.

    :)

  5. sorry but i have to say it PANTENE TIME RENEWALS

    and get a trim

  6. Many shampoos say "for dry/damaged hair" listed right on the bottle. You should probably aim for those shampoos.

As well, make sure that when you shampoo, you are aiming mostly for the ROOTS, not so much the ends of your hair and, when you condition, make sure you stay away from the roots and put a lot of conditioner on your ends (too much conditioner on your roots will cause your hair to look greasy faster).

You should also consider purchasing a leave in conditioner to use 2 or 3 times a week or, before you shower, twice a week, put some conditioner in your hair, wrap it in a towel and leave in for about 20 minutes (make sure you really get the ends of your hair). Once the 20 minutes is up, proceed with your regular, rinse, shampoo, scrub, rinse, conditioner. You should only do this 2-3 times a week.

    Hope this helps!

  7. Shampoo dries your hair out, you need to condition it. A good thing to do is cover your hair in conditioner while it's dry, and leave it in over night, preferably wrapped in a towel or cling film or something, so as to not get conditioner everywhere. Also, when conditioning in the shower, leave it in for a couple of minutes, you should see instant results.
