  1. Yes, stop cooking it to a crisp.

  2. Use a serum (recommend Paul Mitchel's Super Skinny) and/or you could color your hair (yes sounds odd) but if you haven't colored it ever or recently coloring (not bleaching) can improve your hair some (1/yr or so) and add shine.

  3. YA MY HAIR WAZ DULL 2 BUT I WENT 2 A HAIR SALON ITZ CALLED  LE QUIPE ITZ DA BEST ITZ IN SILVERLAKE AND ANOTHER 1 IZ IN MELROSE BUT ANYWAYS U CAN GET THIS OIL 4 UR HAIR ITZ CALLED             'BAIN DE TERRE' IT WORKS SO GREAT IT SHINES UP 2 DA DULLEST HAIR U SHUD TRY IT!!!

    :]

  4. Rub a fresh egg through your hair and rinse well with just warm water - seriously I'm not having a joke - it enriches the hair beautifully as its protein filled!

  5. I like to use Aussie 3 min miracle!

  6. make sure you use heat protection (lea stafford + tresemme are best for me) and dont hold your straightners on the hair too long. also i find lee stafford shine spray or serum works well too (:

  7. You can start by using some heat-defensive styling spray. I dont know any names, but that should start the shining process.

    Bananas

  8. that Aussie 3 min stuff is really good.  but as well.  you know the Loreal in the pink bottle with the pink extract in it.  well use the shampoo and the conditioner and the shine cream stuff that you rub in your hair and leave it for 2 mins and gives you like extra shine.  i'm not explaining it very well.  i will give you a link so you know what i am on about.  i use this stuff and my hair is shiny.  see once you have used it do one was with jJohnson'sbaby shampoo and it makes your hair really soft too and shiny

  9. Sadly there is no permanent way to make your hair healthy when you are frying it with a straightener everyday. I used to straighten my hair every single day and it got all dull and looked like hay. Though about two weeks after I saw I started seeing improvements in my hair. Try giving your hair a break for while and switching off between straightening it and wearing it wavy/curly. Though you could try soaking it in vegetable oil, that moisturizes it fairly well. Wet your hair in the sink or tub and then rub vegetable oil through like conditioner then leave it in for 10-15 minutes and then wash it out in the shower. Do this about once a week for good measure. It should make your hair a bit healthier but the only true way to make your hair healthy again is to stop straightening it all the time.

  10. Not straightening your hair everyday would be a good start.

But heres some washing tips to get shiny hair:

    1) Rinse hair for 45 seconds.

    2) Apply shampoo using fingertips to rub into the scalp.

    3) Rinse thoroughly

    4) Apply Conditioner. Do not put any on the scalps. Focus on the end of the hair.

    5) Rinse thoroughly.

    6) Finally, rinse in cold water for 45 seconds. The warm water opens your cuticles releasing the goodness. You want the nutrients to come through the roots so the cold water closes your cuticles.

    This will give shine.

A regular cut, regular brushing. And washing every three days will help your hairs health!

    Hope I've helped =]

  11. Aussi 3 minute miracle
