  1. Get it trimmed regularly, use a deep conditioning treatment, try leaving coconut oil in it overnight, eat a good diet - apparently protein rich foods are good for your hair (I've heard), stop using heated stylers (straighteners, hairdryers).

  2. It probably needs a cut or a trim and if you're coloring, perming, using heat, etc... you might want to try giving that a rest. Try letting your hair air dry instead of blow drying.

Also - you need an all natural moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, possibly an oil treatment too. I would recommend Arbonne's Daily Shampoo with Tea Tree Oil & Arbonne's Daily Self Adjusting Conditioner & Thermal Fusion Hair and Scalp Revitalizer  - the line is simply amazing. I had eczema on my scalp and it's gone - without using steroids! For the first time in my life, my hair and scalp look healthy and shiny. My grandmother (78) started using it and her hair stopped falling out and is growing back!

I recommend Arbonne, not because I'm a consultant, but because it works and results are within 14 days usually. All Arbonne products carry a 45 day money back guarantee. Hope I could help!

  3. first cut the hair.dont take bath daily.use moisturizing shampoo like dove.

  4. get mundan (bald)

  5. Get it trimmed or have it restyled.

  6. The problem need a dedicated solution. Superficial applications and conditioners won't help. They will only make your damaged hair look Ok, that too for a short while. The moment u discontinue, the problem recurs.

The issue needs to be addressed from the hair root where hair is made. If left under-nourished, it resuts in damaged/dry/frizzy hair strands and split-ends. Suggest you a herbal formulation that has the best known ingredients from around the world - the Segals Solutions. It's got Inositol, Roobois Extract, Saw Palmetto, Chamomile Extract, Green Tea, Gingko Biloba, Niacin, Polysorbate 80, Vitamin E, Vitamin B5, Rosemary Extract, HempSeed Oil, Capsicum & Willowherb Extract, Aloe Vera, Horsetail Extract, Nettle Extract, Comfrey Extract, Jojoba Oil, Budrock Root Extract, Pygeum Extract, Shea Butter & Hydrolysed Wheat Protein in it. No other product in India has it. So, this is the sure shot solution to your problem, an everlasting one and not temporary. Go for the Segals Advanced Scalp formula, Advancved hair Supplement and their shampoos/conditioners for Damaged/dry hair. Amazing results!

P.S: Don't use any hair formulations/shampoos containing sulfates, chloride, amines. These r the real cause for peril nd must be shunned at all costs. Most commercially advertised shampoos in the market have this bad stuff. Beware!

  7. your name suggests that you are a male but i think if it suits you then get it trimmed and use elive for men it helps

    home remedies :-

you can put vinegar for 3 min i know it stinks but till next 3 washes the smell will go away with very good results.

and if you are a gal which i dont suppose u are yet

use sunsilk yellow with pink conditioner it works!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. First, you need to get those split ends trimmed off because they can split more causing more damage.  Do you use a lot of heat products such as blow dryer, curling iron, and straightening iron?  If so try to lay off of them or go to the coolest setting possible because they dry your hair out more.  Try a hot oil treatment.  They work really good.  I use to dye my hair all the time and my hair was fried.  I quit doing that and now it is super soft.  Try using a moisturizing treatment such as Biosilk when you do dry and style your hair.  Make sure you use plenty of conditioner.  If you wash your hair every day, try to go to every other day.  Washing your hair to much can dry it out.

  9. My hair was very damaged from overbleaching - it even fell out around the crown.  I tried every possibe product on the market.  I hope this saves you some time, frustration and money.  First - wash with Johnsons Baby Oil Bath.  It gently cleanses while adding moisture.  Condition with Frzz eeze in the Blue Bottle.  While hair is still wet, add a little Biosilk Therapy, its magic.  Once a week use Wella In Depth deep conditioner.  I also bought from Bodyshop.com - Miracle Oil.  Its pricey.  $20.00 for 5 oz., but wow - put it on your hair at night, wash out in the morning.  I also use a little on my ends when styling.  Hope this helps.  Good Luck!

  10. cut them

  11. get it trimmed everytime you see split ends. to restore the moisture in your hair, what you should do is the night before you wash your hair, massage your scalp with baby oil and lather the rest of your hair with baby oil too. but don't apply too much. or a good shampoo you can use is garnier fructis. that's the shampoo that i use here in usa. and don't know if u have that in india. so just use the home rememdy. =] hope this helps

  12. go to salon get trimmed/remove spit ends take some deep conditioning /hair spa treatments.sritends is due to not care of hairs ,dont change shampoos use good professional hair products (shampoo/conditioner)u con use smoothning/ultrahydrating shampoo for dryness/softness.use rangefrom loreal/weela/matrix/kuene

  13. its probably the shampoo and condish you are using sometimes its better to pay a little more for a nicer brand like for me i use herbal essesnes shampoo first and then i used john freida shampoo and condish

    herbal essesnes is cheaper

john freida a little more expensive but look around at stores and find out which one has the lowest prices on the products you want and then buy them from that store

also watch out for sales on products at some stores and stock up on them if they are on sale

  14. There is a remedy to use natural moisturiser - like rub your hair with olive oil and leave for a few minutes and then wash it out. It will reduce the dryness.

  15. I can completely relate! My hair is the same way. The only thing that help with the split ends would be to cut them off. To help with dryness, there are lots of different shampoos out there that can help. Dove has an excellent product that helps with dryness a ton. Also, changing the brand of shampoo and conditioner you get every once and a while will give your hair the different nutrients that it needs. Hope this helps.

  16. u must use conditional after use shampoo, not shampoo everyday, space 1 day shampoo 1 time, not use hot machine make ur hair dry, it will make ur hair come dry, good luck

  17. cut it 1 a month...

  18. Nice Na?
