My hair looks like this, but I want it to look like that..(pics)?

my hair is bleach blonde, the same as the below pic of jessica simpson maybe not as bright:

I want to keep it blonde but mix it up a bit with some brown but I don't know how to go about it.like this:

I don't want some ugly huge brown stripes through it but don't know what to ask for. Help anyone?
