  1. Put her in an exercise ball and let her run around outside the cage.

  2. ok first get a ball then put her in for an hour or so then play with her after that she will be so tired out she won't even bother try getting out

  3. Cris J and Ben R are both right you can get her an exercise ball and you can also buy her some sticks and/or a mineral block for hamsters to chew on for her teeth as rodents teeth keep growing and they need to chew. Also give her peanuts in shell almonds in a shell, sunflower seeds in a shell and maybe even hazelnuts in a shell. Basically and anything hard She can chew on. All our hammy's really loved almonds we used to give them the raw shelled and unshelled.

You can sometimes take her outside. Just put the top of her cage on the lawn and put her inside. She will be able to dig around and forage for some grass or dandelion greens and store it in her cheek pouches. Take her outside in late afternoon or early as they are nocturnal (if there are no pesticides on your lawn)..

If you are careful you can let her run around on your bed a bit too.

  4. Do nothing it's just what they do, all 3 of my hamsters did this and i think it stops there teeth from growing to large. It is a pain when your trying to get to sleep though lol.

  5. It's normal for your hamster to bite on the cage. I know it's annoying. I recommend investing in a chewing block. It's less noisy. And get a ball for him/her to roll around the house in.
