My hammy sox is it normal help needed please?

She make's a kind of hissing noise when i'm their, my mum, dad or any human come to think of it. But she really tame. I can kiss her, cuddle her, hold her and stroke her. She lives alone because she is a syrian hammy. She's got lot's of toys, a big cage and is 7 weeks old Is she doing it out of boredom? any ideas are welcome.

my hamster does this when it gets annoyed, for example if it escapes, and I manage to grab it, then it hisses, or if i do anything else  it doesnt like
