  2. lol hes long gone gl anyways..

  3. Hire Ace Ventura

  4. If there is a little space in th e door he can be any where in your house check behind big place and cool place too.Dark too.my hamster always pops up out of places and I fall or trip in excitment and get him weird huh?

  5. This will sounds weird, but be on the look out for any of your hamster's droppings. That could help you find out where he has been. Good luck! I hope you find him.

  6. my hamster is a Houdini wannabe, and whenever she escapes I manage to get her back by leaving a trail of cheese (strong smelling like cheddar works best). She's back pretty soon after.

Good luck. Try not to panic. He could be hiding in clothes or toys etc.. or furniture, check down beds, settees...

  7. ok this is what u do u put the same amount of seeds in every room say 3 then wait a day or less and see if there gone in 1 rom so say there was 3 seeds in your parents room at then there were 0 then u look in that room or u might even hear him or her eating the seed

    hope u find her =)

  8. first whats a rom?

And I don't know it if's cold where he is hiding.

But he could have gotten under the carpet or into the wall

  9. he's on an adventure he'll come back when he's ready!

  10. <big><B>check behind your dryer or washer because the lint builds up back there and they will make bed out of it.

put a few treats in each room and check them regularly and if any are bitten out of that is the room you should focus on.

  11. if you searched places you thought hed be search in unexpected places. ways to find him would be if he has a favorite food shake the bag, a toy squak it or whatever, and most importantly if none of that stuff works keep the cage the way you have it and he might come back on his own. also he might not like the food and how is cage is so that could be why he left. and he might just want to move around so search the same spots again.

  12. my hamster used to escape, but then return to her cage after collecting material for her bed, usually by eating a hole in my jeans. I'd just keep checking everywhere, and remember hamsters can squeeze under small gaps so going under the door is always a slight possibility. Best of luck.

  13. Put your cage on the floor with the door open so he can get in

dot leave anything he would eat out food wise except for in the cage do the same with water he'll have to come for it sooner or later also keep looking for him and don't just look for him look for signs of him chew marks, droppings, anything

also try this get flashlights and since they are nocturnal make it as dark as possible and he might come out or move but keep it silent just walk around look and listen and search you whole house.

  14. happened to me a few times.  if you are sure he is in your room make sure any spaces where he could get into the wall etc are sealed up.  try to keep things quiet as possible.  noises will scare them from moving.  put some food down in a few spots and keep watch.  sometimes i would look under stuff with a flashlight and just stay really quiet trying to hear him moving around.

it's possible he may have crawled under the door and went somewhere else.  i would seal up spaces around the house where he could crawl in just in case.  if he doesn't turn up in your room i would start looking other places.

just try to be calm about it.  i know its scary and upsetting but with patience and lots of quiet he should turn up.

he might also be sleeping right now too.  just give it a little time.  let us know how it turns out.  good luck!

  15. If you were kept in a cage 24/7 wouldn't you try to hide also?  He will be eating his way thru clothing, carpeting, etc.  He can go under doors if there is any space there, and there usually is.  He could be hiding in closets, in the basement or attic if you have them, just about anywhere

  16. Buy a few SAFE and NO poison mouse traps. Im sure all pet shops sell them, just ask the staff. They WONT kill your hamster or even harm its tail :-). put hamster food or cheese in each one, place them in certain rooms, check them a few times a day :-).

Just type in google safe mouse traps...

If your lucky enough your hamster is still in your house, you will find him/her soon enough :-).

    Good luck.

  17. Well, first, I would check the rest of the house. Then, did you put the hamster cage on the floor? If it is up high, it will be harder for them to get in for food. I also suggest stuffing a towel or something like that in the crack under the door, from the outside so you can still get in, so if he is still in your room, he can not get out. If you have already checked, check again. And last, but not least, listen, when you turn off the light to go to bed, listen for scratching noises, or for the sound of something moving. Figure out the general area that the sound is coming from, then turn on the light, and search in that area. I have had to do this many times, because hamsters are escape artists, and mine were no exception!

Edit to add: Also, you should make sure that your cage really is secure. Unless, of course, you enjoy frantically searching for your lost hamster. XD
