She is a russian dwarf hamster, but doesn't look too small. When I was just handling her to see if she was all right, I noticed a small patch of fur sticking up. I thought that it was from running around and such, but when I pet her, it felt like a bone! Is something serious wrong with her? She seems active and fine. She is in no sign of pain for she is acting as she usually does.

Could she have bumped into somehting in her cage? Could it be from falling or something? Her cage has this little ledge that she can't climb so I put her there sometimes for she gets really curious about it. She kind of slides down and such.

Please help! I am worried! She is about a year old and is I think a winter white. Please HELP!!!

You can see where the bump is and it is scary. HELP!!! I am panicking, what should I do if I can't go to the vet!!!

  1. i would bring it to the vet its the best thins to do

  2. It may be a tumor, rodents are really prone to getting tumors, especially dwarf.

It may be from hitting into something, or falling,

but I'd suggest taking her to the vet, just to make sure, it's the most responsible thing to do.
