My hamster has some random spots on it?

last night i got my hamster out of her cage when i saw that on her skin, there were lots of tiny little spots making up one bigish spot on her. i have not seen this before and i am wondering what to do so could someone please help me!! it doesnt seem to bother her at all and she is still eating and drinking like normal!

like Animals siad above it is probally her scent glands. If she is a syrain(also called Teddy bears, blackbears, dalmations, ect...) and this spot is on her hips than its her scent glands. If she is a dwarf then this will be on her lower stomache. This somewhere above her privates.
