My hamster has started to grow testicles but they rn't covered by anyskin like the ones i see in pics.?

is it still growing, or does it have a problem. he is a 5 weeks old.

He's still growing and his testicles will get furry in a few months! They are bare sometimes when they are young, and 5 weeks is still young for a hamster. It takes a few months for him to grow up. Good luck!
