She is always looking for something more to do. i keep buying toys for her to play with but she is always bored and trying to get out. when i take her out she jumps out of my hand even when i do the hand before hand thing so she can walk (shes too big and takes up two hands anyway) i bought the biggest cage possible. its meant for a large rat so i know she has plenty of room. i just wish she would settle down so i can hold and play with her. shes nice and isnt really afraid of me she just wants to explore everything

  1. try getting her one of those balls you can puts hamsters in and letting her run around your room this way when shes in the ball you know she cant get out and chew or get lost but she can still run around and explore what ever room you put her in it could help her run off her energy could stop the jumping.

  2. I responded on your last board with a few suggestions. ^^ Just making sure you saw that. If you did, good luck! :D

  3. You can get her a hamter ball. It allows the hamster to run around the house safely and it wont be able to hide in small places. Just close off the stairs so it cant hurt itself. I mean no one likes to be in a cage, would you like to be a cage. Just let it out for a few hours a day and she'll fine.

  4. Take the hamster to the Tri-County hamster Expose there she'll meat other hamsters and explore the vastness the world has to offer and eager young hamster like herself.

  5. Sounds like cutie! Try hamster proofing a room for her - covering all cords and make sure she cannot go hide under something. That way you can let her out to play.
