My hamster is preagnet what should i do

Question

my hamsters have mated i let them do that. i put some tissue in her cage to make a nest in the cage so it well be soft in the nest.i an going to cut up bannas and bread soaked in milk for the babbies... i saw it to do that on the computer.. i do not want to give them to petco or someotherc store i want the mom to rase them so what else do i need to now.... PS...it is in 15 to six teen days pergent

Sounds good, after she delivers, you will have to eventually change the bedding because there will be blood and after birth, which the mother will likely eat.  After a couple of weeks, when the babies are eating mostly solid foods and not nursing,  you may need to separate the babies from the mother.  Check the babies, if there are no males, the females will be able to stay in the cage together, the mother will not kill them.

You are doing good so far. Just make sure that you dont bother the mother and babies for the next 3 weeks (Im sure you already know that) and also make sure that you will be able to have a home for every hamster once they are fully grown. But after around 3-4 weeks, you will have to give them away or keep them housed in other cages. (The mother wont take care of them forever.) But i do agree...I wouldnt give them to any pet store like that either.. Half of the hamsters under their care go to snake food...its really sad:[ Hope i helped and good luck!!

You have the birth covered. dont pick up the mother. She will get stressed and eat the babies!!!!! Some names are Nero, Noir, Skipper, Kipper, Ipper, Ridley, Kirby, Meta night, sparky, Oreo, Or my personal favorite, Teddy.make sure that you get a different cage for you mother and her daughters, the boy kids, and the dad. the dad will kill all of them. the boys will fight when they get full grown, and the girls probably wont fight(they might) Hope this helps

You NEED to make sure that all there is SOMEPLACE that will accept the hamsters. Hamsters can start mating around 3-5 weeks and letting the mother raise them isn't a good idea. Of course, she'll need to raise them for the first few weeks of their life. After that, some of the males may start mating with their sisters, and even the mother! The other thing is that hamsters are solitary animals, meaning that they like to be housed alone. The mother WILL kill the babies if they aren't out by 3 weeks. They will become natural enemies if you keep them in there. Also, try not to touch any of the babies or the mother. This may sound graphic but sometimes the mother will eat the babies if she gets scared. So try to gently sneak the bananas in there. Keep the water bottle and food near the mother, so she can have easy access to her food. Try researching this in Google or Yahoo:
