My hamsters foot is swollen?

My hamsters foot is swollen. It is pinkinsh purplish its swollen and dosent walk on it,its a roborovski. It lives in a crittertrail two and likes to climb the wire on the side maybe his foot got stuck or maybe he fell of one of the shelves. Also he has a friend in the cage I bought them in a pair. They never fought before only once and the other one Chuby got bitten in the ear but didnt bleed. Now I saw a couple days ago that they fought because Tiny had 2 little teeth marks on his foot. Chuby drew a little blood but now its swollen. Also everything below his belly is purple and swollen. He still acts normal though just doesnt walk on his back foot and runs on his wheel still I just saw that is was swollen today and I dont know of a vet for hamters in my area. I livein gaithersburg Maryland. I know a lot about hamsters but dont know whta to do about this???I love my hamsters and dont want them to be hurt or sick
