Question:

My hands and feet are always freezing cold!?

My hands and feet seem to always be cold. They're almost never warm and if they are, they get super hot! It's like my hands and feet are either extremely cold or extremely hot. My mom asked my doctor if maybe I didn't have good circulation but he said it'd be highly unlikely. I don't know what to do. I can have shoes and socks on all day but my feet are still REAALLY cold. :[ My hands too.

What do you think is wrong with me?

or am I worried over nothing?

  1. bad circulation is the only reason I can think of. If you've seen a dr about it, and he said you are fine, I wouldn't stress about it.

  2. Bad circulation came to mind, but the doc said no. It's worth getting a second opinion. I once had to see over 10 doctors until they correctly diagnosed me. The one that did said he couldn't believe the others missed it and said if I hadn't gone on looking for a correct diagnosis, it could have been life threatening. So it's ALWAYS worth getting a second opinion.

Does your nose get cold too? That can be another indicator of bad circulation.
