My hands are always sweaty and it sucks badly?

My palms are usually sweaty and wet all the time. And this just started happening last year, and I decided to do some research and learned that I have this thing called hyperhidrosis. Now, I'm always so embarrassed when I have to shake people's hands. And now I'm always hesitant to hold my girlfriend's hand because they're really sweaty. I've talked to her about it and she's said it doesn't matter, but I'm just still always conscious about it!

My question is would YOU care if your bf/gf had sweaty hands all the time? Would you think differently of people with this condition?

I don't know if I have it to the extent that you do, but my hands sweat a lot too, especially when I think about them (like now, lol) or when I'm nervous. It's bad cause they always get sweaty around cute boys or when I dance with someone.

I don't care at all if someone else has sweaty hands: in fact, when I get a dance partner with hands as sweaty or sweatier than mine, I do a little dance for joy cause that means he won't be grossed out by mine. Maybe it is just because I have personally experienced the embarrassment of sweaty hands, but I love it when I discover someone else that has the problem too. If it were a guy I already liked, I would probably feel even more attracted to them, lol. Kinda like the, "Omg, you have that? ME TOO!" thing. Hahaha.

Don't sweat it, buddy, you're still attractive and there are a lot of people who understand. And forgive the pun.

It's just sweat... it's not like it's pee seeping through the pores of your hands.... don't be so self conscious. If it bothers you, carry a small deal of hand sanitizer. it makes my hands smooth and dry. If that doesn't work, then go to the doctor and see if they can do anything for it.

But if your gf says it doesn't bother, then don't prolong the problem, because I guarantee that it will annoy her...
