My hands are hot and sweaty! help plz!!!?

My hands are always hot and sweaty and it's really gross.. and i'm not sure y.. is it because i'm going through puberty??

Can you tell me how can i overcome this..

Chillax. Your palms start sweating if you're nervous or hot. Could be puberty, but i doubt it. Don't freak out haha.  :]

Dude, I'm 27 and my palms STILL get sweaty... especially if I'm nervous or excited... or have my hands in my pockets LOL

You may just be very nervous all the time. However, it can some sort of medical condition. One is hyperthyroidism, where your thyroid gland (located in the neck) produces excessive thyroid hormone. This hormone excess results in overactivity in the body, causing, among others, sweaty palms.

Another possibiliy is hyperhydrosis. It is caused by excessive discharge of nerve impulses from a part of the nervous system called the sympathetic nervous system. Depending on the level of this hypreactivity, symptoms can be varied. Some can blush easily and very obviously. Some may also have sweaty armpits.

What you're expriencing may just be minor, but you might as well be sure. So, go to a doctor.

I Have the same problem  and my older sister calls me puddle hands , just wash your hands in cold water and dry them. it seems to help me :\
