  1. Have you got the PUK code from your network provider as this is the only way to obtain it you cannot get them from anywhere else, if that's not working then maybe the wrong has been given/taken down. I would advise contacting your network provider again to get the right number, if you put the code in wrong too many times then your phone/sim will lock and you wont be able to use it anymore

  2. Puk code is a big digit code, i think atleast 12, call customer care from another phone they will ask a number that printed on your sim cards back and they will  give you Puk code. It happened to me

  3. The PUK code can only be obtained from your network provider, don't try to guess it as entering it incorrectly more than 10 times will permanently block your sim and you may need to pay for a replacement. Call your network providers and ask them for your PUK code or look on their website for a link on where they can give it to you online, it should be under the Help section.

  4. Take the sim out and get a new sim before you lock yourself out of the phone permanently.

  5. The PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code will only lock the SIM card after 10 failed attempts to unlock after entering the wrong pin number. You need to contact your billing company to be issued a code to unlock it. Don't worry about the phone locking up as this isn't what the PUK is for.

O2 has a facility on it's website to unlock PAYG phones whereby you enter your moby number and it shows you the code.
