no it is normal my healthy leopard gecko has a black dot inside its belly

Leopard geckos don't've umbrelical cords cauz they weren't birthed from the mama's belly. Right?

But you should check to make sure it's not an infection. I've only had one successful birth, and she turned out just fine and is soon to lay eggs herself.
