My head feels tight?

ok my head feels kinda tight inside i do wear glasses..

im 17..this doesn't mean stroke do it?? or nothing serious??? what could it be

You are fine. That feeling is usually caused by stress and anxiety. I suggest finding ways to relax your neck and shoulder muscles, that should help alleviate any tension. Hope that helps!
