My head gets dizzy sometimes not always when suddenling looking up getting somthing...?

i get dizzy like only few times in few months

i suddenly look up and i get dizzy and my head only hurts a little

then i come bak to normal in like few seconds

This kind of dizziness can occur because of moving too fast (an example only).  It can also sometimes be an indication of an issue going on with the ear (another example only).

I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
