  1. make sure you have your head up, you could break your neck or suffer head injuries if your head is down

  2. thats football

or maybe your leading with your head i dont no.

  3. Helmet the right size, ie inflated properly??? Or requires a rebuild??

  4. sounds like you may have a concussion. talk to your coach.

  5. as long as you're tackling with your head up.. you'll be fine.

That's something that's over looked.. by some people

how much, if you tackle right.. it messes you up... just as much as the other person

But you just play through it.

There are some hits.. that will last almost the whole day to get over, and they'll feel like concussions, but they're not.

  6. I notice that when i hit someone hard it usually comes back to the way i'm tackling the ball carrier. So make sure when you are tackling keep ur face mask on the ball, grab the carriers legs, don't stop your feet, and drive until the whistle. I know that's all the coaches ever say but it works! and back to getting hit. It may be because your not low enough and the blocker or ball carrier is hitting their helmet with yours. Just stay low, i know i need to do the same. Oh and good luck this year!

  7. That's what football is... Toughen up and ignore it..

  8. Make sure you're not tackling with your head hitting the person first. Use your arms or shoulder. Secondly, you might be getting small concussions from hitting your head. Make sure you're not having head aches or dizziness after your done playing. If so, let your doc know.
