why does my head hurt?

sometimes, when i eat, my head stops hurting. but my head starts hurting sometimes an hour after i eat.

It could be cos you're eating too much sugar. I get sugar headaches a lot.

Your question is very complex and multifaceted. Your HA could be due to several things including, stress, lack of sleep, not eating regularly, and the list goes on and on. If HA's persist you should see a doctor and have an MRI.

Well this could be lack of water or as dehydration. I get headaches too. I'm 11 years old. It could be allergies, injuries, Tumors(which i highly doubt you have)sinus issues, Lack of sleep, eye strain and many more. Try eating healthier foods. Like fruits vegetables. Make sure to drink plenty of water it may clear out sinuses if you have or if you're worried go to the doctor or take some medication. Tylenol is good. Best of luck to you.

Maybe you sleep late every night or read too much without using your glasses or maybe you are under pressure like being nervous about something in your life.
