  2. B vitamins are good for your energy and well being. All the gingeng in there is definitely going to energize you. And, the Kola nut has caffeine.

  5. Absolutely.  That is a lot of stimulants.  But don't take too much, and discontinue if you get palpitations, shakes or sweating.
