  1. First of all, it is common for your pulse to be at around 180 bpm (beats per minute) when you are doing strenuous exercise. However, it doesn't seem to me that you were doing strenuous exercise. What also worries me that the symptoms that you were feeling (felt VERY tired when i was at the field it felt like my neck was a heart beat, it felt like my face was a really fast heart beat and it felt like my neck was going too cave in), when your heart beats extremely fast (around 250 bpm) your heart is not effective at being a pump and pumping blood around the body like it should. What you are feeling i believe is because of very high blood pressure. This can be VERY dangerous. What I would say is to immediately go see your doctor and tell him/her about this condition. In the mean time, ALWAYS know your limits if you feel this way again, immediately stop what you are doing, sit down and rest and be sure to drink plenty of water. One more thing, if you feel any sort of  chest pain or tingling of the arms or get a severe headache IMMEDIATELY have someone drive you to the emergency room or call an ambulance. Remember, you know your body better than anybody else so don't be afraid to talk with your coaches and parents about this . Trust me, they will understand! However, there are a lot of medications and treatments out there so i doubt you will have to give up on baseball. The most important thing right now is to make sure that everything is ok and in line. Hope this helps!
