My heritage is English, Irish, German, and Frence...?

...with this being my heritage is it normal for me to be on the pale side, I burn very easy, and never seem to take, only burn, then go back to being palish.

OOOOOOHHHH yeah! Anything on that side of europe is pale, most of the people anyway

Particularly if you have Scottish blood in you then you're likely to burn easily and be pale. If you have ginger hair as well (I don't know if you do - I'm just speculating here) then that would be a big factor too.

it depends on how much Irish you got and yes its normal for you to be kinda pale cause my mom is a blonde, and she is Irish, German, French, Scottish, and she is very pale! and i have dark chocolaty brown hair and i have dark complexion and im Italian, German, Hungarian, Irish, French, Scottish, Dutch but i got a lot italian and Hungarian cause my real dad is Hungarian, German, and Dutch and the Italian i get from my grandpa side! i don't burn like my mom does i do peel a little but not much and if i do burn the next 2 days it turns in to a tan!

my boyfriend is german and irish and he is pale complexion and he burns really easy and it goes away in a few days and it looks like he never has a tan!

mostly blondes and red heads burns a lot easier then any one else honestly!

Yes. I'm english, irish, french, german, dutch, scottish and possible russian and I'm really pale. It's typical of irish and english heritage.

Yes. The more north the lighter the skin.....closer to the equator the darker the skin.

Think about it.....Its protection from the sun.
