My high school lost my transcript what do I do?

I graduated high school with my brothers and sister and now I want to go back to college to become a dental higentist. So I called my school and they said they cannot find my transcript. What should I do?

  1. okay that is just crazy, how can a highschool lose someone's transcript? If you have your diploma that means your have proof that you graduated from that highschool. I think the only way is bother the principal or anybody in that highschool until your get your transcript. Because it is just impossible for the highschool to lose one's transcript. How do you think some people go to college after years of hiatus on studying after they graduate?


  2. There's no way that a high school would just lose your transcript. Usually that info is stored within their computer system which is backed up at the district office just in case. I would speak with an assistant principal about that.

  3. In the days of the computer nothing can be lost. Contact the board of education.  

  4. Speak to someone else at the school. Go to the principal if necessary, and then go to the school board. They have to keep your transcript. This is a legal matter, so keep on it.
