My history was really full, so i decided to delete it. A while later, it was still there. help?

Is there a way to stop it from reappearing? I tried this many times but it didnt work

there is only one way. if you don't learn from history it will repeat itself

i think you should delete some and than go look it bak to see if it is there again

In inet options of the control panel hit the clear history tab. Set the days to save it to zero. In content, enter auto fill and disable web addresses if you want it to save and not pop in.

Are you referring to your search history? To clear that you need to clear Auto Complete or disable it.

For Internet Explorer: Click on Tools. Then Internet Options. Click on Content and then Auto Complete. Then click on Clear Forms. This will erase your search history. If you don't want things showing up again in your search history then deselect the Auto Complete options at the top. Be sure to select apply or ok at the bottom.

To clear the history click on Tools and Internet Options and under General click Clear History. Be sure to also to Delete Cookies in the same area.

Go to tools click on browser options  then click on clear url's  then click ok. Hope that helps
