  1. I can not for the life of me think of what they are called, but there are boxes you can get at walmart or wherever that will allow you to switch between multiple inputs. On the top there may be 4 or however many buttons, 1 for each of the devices you have hooked up to it.

There will be one output to your home theater system and multiple inputs, the more inputs you need the more it will cost

Edit: They are video selectors, here are some pictures of some http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=... . They are fairly cheap

  2. Check this out....this will fit your needs..

    http://www.pcconnection.com/IPA/Shop/Pro...

And it will EASILY pass AUDIO signals too...remember, video is 10Hz  to 6 Megahertz, and Audio is 20 hz to 20,000 Hz....

  3. You can just get an inexpensive AV switch, and just not use the video inputs at all.

You should be able to find a 4 port switch for $20 or so.  Check stores near the TV accessories, or even over in the video game console accessories.

Although I'm curious.  What 3 devices do you have that use plain stereo RCA, as opposed to digital audio for surround sound?  (or doesn't your theater system support those types of inputs?)
