My honda CB360T doesnt idle right and dies, anyone know why? Carbs?

How much would it cost for the carbs to be cleaned on it? Why is the idle like that it starts up. Where is the mixture on the carbs?

They haven't made those in a Long time, My guess is that the  Rubber parts O rings, etc in the carbs are dry rotted which is s******g up Your Air/Fuel Ratio. I would think that at a minimum the carbs need to be removed, disassembled and cleaned.
