  1. Lay off the horn! The horn is probably shorted. Does it beep then blow or just blow. Very simple to troubleshoot. From your updated answer, either the connections to the horn are corroded, especially the ground, or the horn itself is bad. You can temporarily hook up another horn and see if you can beep it consistently without it blowing. You don't have to install the test horn, just let it hang gently. You might want to wrap it in a towel while testing so it doesn't drive you crazy by beeping. I just noticed it's an '07. I would think the dealer would take care of this minor problem, even if it's out of warranty. Good Luck.

  2. Blows when using it?  If so the horn is bad letting to much power go to ground because of bad resistence in it.

A fuse does not blow gradually.  A fuse is either good or not.  so you can use the horn several times and just every now and then it blows?  If so then still look at the horn being bad.  If you have a multimeter take the wires off the horn and read resistence in milliohms.  Check another bike and see if there is a big difference in resistence.  The less the resistence the more chance of the fuse blowing.  So if your number is lower than other horns you check it could be right on the edge of to many amps for the fuse.  The two biggest users of electricity on a bike is the light and the horn.
