  1. Wish I could help, but I have the reverse problem. MY daughter is perfect in practice, but becomes a spoiled little brat at shows. Our horse is fine.

  2. your horse is probably just nervouse with all the exitment that goes on at shows. all the horses and people and anticipation can make them go a bit coo coo. i have the same problem. one of my horses goes nuts at shows and he rears up all the time. he is getting better though because he is getting used to the shows. the more he goes to the better he will be

    hope i helped :)

  3. i think your horse is just a little bit afraid of all the people!

maybe you should bring a few people to watch you practice so that she will get used to people watching her!my horse is the same exept he can't stay away from the people!

Another thing might be all the other horses!

    does your horse live alone?!

try practicing with a friend on their horse that way YOUR horse will know that other horses are okay

you could even give your horse treats and a pep talk before your next show! She will sense the good vibes and feel more comfertable!Show her lots of love and kindness!!!
