My horses snip is disapearing!?

Question

I know this sounds crazy but my horses snip on his nose is going away. here are pictures:

The first one is of the day we got him, it was spring time. The second one I just took today so its been about 2 months. Is it just shedding, or could it be sunburn?

He is a beautiful horse, He could just be growing out of it like some horses do.

It might be sunburn but could be more serious if u are really worried call the vet!

It looks like he still had some winter coat on him in the first photograph... maybe his snip shows up more with his winter coat than his summer coat?

How come the pictures say they were taken in July 2007 if you just took them today?
