Call them and ask.  I have never heard of Countrywide doing cash for keys though.

Unknown.  Sorry, however check with your local social services, and catholic charities.  www.modestneeds.org is a website I found designed to help people.    A little further research for your area, and you will find many more options.  

I have been passing out this information to many customers I have come across who have mentioned they have financial issues.  At least one option has worked for most of them.
