  1. is it plugged in? and is the circuit breaker tripped? if you have a surge protector is it tripped or worn out ?(they will wear out) try to plug in directly otherwise your power supply or mother board is damaged

  2. These are the things that can cause that,

    1. If you performed a scan with your antivirus, it can cause that problem coz at times it might detect an important file in your windows folder as a virus, and when it is been deleted, it will not boot because the machine needs that file to boot.

    2. Your power supply might be low. Make show your current is not low.

    3. Check power cables,VGA

4.Power pack might have gone faulty or mother board problem

    5. Do you live or use the machine with someone, make sure the person did not remove anything or change anything in the machine.

    6. But i emphasize on the power cable and source of power supply, plug it to a different circuit.

If all these fails, send it to a hardware technician ( a nearer and one you trust)

  3. Check the power cord.  I had a similar problem and somehow the power cord was slightly unplugged on the computer end.
