and i will be going to see him in about 4 weeks. I'm about 30-40 pounds overweight and I know I cannot lose that in a month, but what else might be achievable in that time period. I would like to lose 25 pounds, or am I just kidding myself?

I will be there only 2 weeks and I have not seen hubby in almost 3 months. I would like to look good for him and have a good trip.

  1. he's cheating on you anyway

  2. IF YOU ARE SERIOUS TRY THE MASTER CLEANSE DIET.....IT WILL NOT BE EASY ESPECIALLY IF YOU DO IT ALONE BUT NOT ONLY WILL U LOSE WEIGHT U WILL DETOXIFY UR BODY...ACTUALLY IM DOING IT NOW

  3. Go to this site: caloriesperhour.com

There's all these calculations they can do for you regarding weight loss, calorie burn, exercise regime. I asked a question about burning calories two days ago and one of the answerers gave me this site. It's fantastic. You can figure out how much exercise you'll need to do or how much less you'll need to eat if you want to lose 25 pounds a week. Thing is is that the website advises you to lose a pound a week. Or else you'll have to go on a crash diet and those work for a week but then you'll gain all the weight back after a while.

*Cardio exercises burns off body fat. Weightlifting changes your fat into muscle. At that site you can see how much your output (exercise) has to be for you to burn off all your input (food you eat) for that day. When the output is more, you'll lose weight. When the input is less, you'll also lose weight

  4. It all depends on how committed you are to loosing those excess pounds. Cardio i would think more so for the quick fix weight loss however weightlifting is important in maintaining weightloss. I would suggest to do both as you tone your muscle groups at the same time, giving you a slimmer look.
