My husband's arms fall asleep almost everynight while he's sleeping?!?

My husband has been having both of his arms fall asleep almost every night, in the middle of the night, while he's asleep. It affects his entire arms. It'll happen no matter what position he's sleeping in (back, belly, or side) Any idea what this could be? Thanks in advance!!

Could be carpal tunnel syndrome, poor circulation (due to lack of movement) or something else. he should get his heart checked
