My husband's being treated badly at work? What can he do? Is there anyway that I can help?

My husband works very hard at his job. However, the women that he works with (there's only one other man there) still manage to treat him pretty badly. Is there anything that he can do to stop this? Is there anything that I can do to help? I thought about baking some desserts to send in to work with him... I'm just stunned at how badly he is being treated, and don't know how to help him, and he doesn't know what to do. Help!!!

He can't do anything. You have to realize that women now have all the power in corprate america. He says anything and the women there can call sexual harassment and he will lose. I would go to the government for help on this. He can't solve this internally at the job.
