My husband accuses me of checking out guys when I'm just looking around at nothing in particular.?

My husband is absolutely gorgeous but doesn't know it. I am head over heels crazy about him but I'm very social and like to talk to just about anyone. However, I NEVER flirt with anyone - just friendly conversation and usually with women or couples. I have never crossed any lines so it really hurts me when he makes these accusations. In fact, I get very angry and think about leaving him. I hate going anywhere with him anymore because it's just no fun. If I smile or laugh at something a man says, he takes it as flirting so I have to be careful not to be too engaged with other people no matter how young, how old or even how unattractive. It's really grating on me and you would think that after 4 years of marriage that this would have lessened by now. I just don't know what to do. When he pulls something like this, I just don't have the patience anymore to put up with it. Any ideas? Thanks!

  1.  This behavior from your husband is a form of emotional abuse.  Jealousy is a SELFISH, MANIPULATING and CONTROLLING behavior that is cancer to any relationship.   No body should have to be responsible to "help" their partner.  That's a bunch of c**p.  That's like saying that she would need to "help" her husband to stop hitting her.  No way.
