  1. One year ago I moved from New York to Sweden,Stockholm,it took me a while to get used to it,the worst thing is that it's dark most of the time(in winter),it gets dark at 3 pm!!!U start feeling depressed after a while, summer is perfect though,it gets dark just for couple of hours, but it's not the most important thing since within a couple of hours u can be at any other country .All people speak english including kids,so u wouldnt have any language problems(not like in France, the french they just refuse to speak english, and definetely try to be smartasses when they make sure u don't understand french, though it's a great country(some parts of it,south). The taxes in Sweden r pretty high,25%,but medicine is free and on a good level, education also.

  2. Anywhere in Europe will do, if you can...

  3. I'd say come anywhere in Europe, but you will be in for a shock weather wise...

At least across here the travel opportunities are limitless, well, nearly...

I live in London, a city steeped in culture with loads to see. If I get bored of London, within 2 hours (by plane, ignoring the check in process etc.) I can be in any on of about 20 different countries, or a 3-4 hour train ride could see me in a few different countries.

The difference in cultures/cuisine/drinks/architecture/mus... - you name it, is vast. It is definitely an experience. I came from Sydney 21 years ago to the UK and haven't regretted it. I do miss the weather though and the beach on my doorstep... And everything seems to be a lot more expensive in the UK. Having been through Scandinavia on a number of occasions, generally passing through - eating/drinking/hotels seem to be a bit more expensive than the UK, but then you go into Eastern Europe, and the prices are terrific.

  4. fly across the ditch to new zealand its easier you dont have to apply for all the stuff that you do in the other countries its nice scenic and you;ll get used to the winter just move to maybe nelson where there are warmer winters

if you move to new zealand you will have more money than you left with but will europe you wont have mearly as much money !
