To use for rental property, the problem is the people who lived there before were really dirty (which we have no problem with fixing the place up) but now we have found a big problem, the place is infested with roaches and I mean lot and lots of them, is there a way to get rid of them ourselves? we have bombed and used bug sprays but nothing worked, what can we do?

Roaches have a breeding cycle of about 16 days, which is why a monthly treatment for them may not work if you use a professional pest control company. DIY roach treatment is "iffy" at best....as others have suggested, contact a pest control company and hope for the best. Once established, they are very difficult to get rid of.

I honestly don't think so...

Call an exterminator... I will be a lot easier, trust me!!! And that way you'll be sure they are really all gone!

Call a professional.  You'll save money in the long run

Call a professional. Being licensed, they can get chemicals you cannot. These will do a better job of clearing your problem.
