Look at line 57.  Add the amount on line 52.  That total should be $869.  

Most news stories I heard only focused on the $1,200 rebate and did not tell the full story.  You have to have $1,200 tax liability to get the full $1,200 rebate.

Since you did not get the full $1,200, you may be able to get more of it back on your 2008 return.
