I mean I know that there are colonials, and cape cods but I cannot figure out what kind of house this is. We are told it is about 110 years old, it is square with a flat roof, beautiful staircases and large rooms (5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths) about 2800 sq. feet, (not sure if that matters). Alot of beautiful thick solid wood moldings and doors, very detailed woodwork, etc. If you would like more info to help answer let me know.

The house was a Bank Foreclosure, so not a hole lot of info, we DID NOT get ripped off, it is a beautiful home. The roof is completely flat..
