I assume these are FICO scores and not Vantage Scores. A FICO score of 720+ will guarantee you the best rate available on the market and you both qualify. FICO scores range from 300-850. Vantage Scores from 400-990. I assume 744 is your FICO score and if so, it is a very good score.
