  1. Foster adoption is a great way to adopt a child who needs a loving safe family.  Typically the state foster adoption program costs less than going through a private or agency adoption.

    Good luck to you.

  2. Foster adoption is the way to go. There is little to no cost. And YES there are young children and infants who need homes.

  3. No, there are not easy and cheap ways to adopt a "baby".  There is always foster care though.  You wont find a baby but you can adopt a child that needs a home.  good luck

  4. You may want to research Foster-to-adopt programs in your state. The costs of domestic adoptions vary widely. International adoptions are going to run you in the neighborhood of $25-$35k.

    Good Luck.

  5. Yes!  Through your county or state, or any agency that contracts with them.

  6. when you adopt you get a lot of the money back in taxes. YOu just need to go talk to an adaption ajency. Good luck

  7. my friend firt tell me from where are u then only we can say about this matter. but let me give u advice see u can go to india and adopt a child it wount be so expensive

  8. Adoption through foster care is usually pretty low-cost.

Is the effect of adoption on the adoptee one of the things you are worried about, too?

    Because it should be.

  9. You'll be getting back 10,500 or more from federal tax cuts for adoption, and depending on your state you could get as much as 8K more.  All of the adoption tax breaks apply to domestic as well as international adoptions - and that can really take a huge dent out of your financial worries.

Your work may have an adoption benefit you're unaware of... check into that and see.  My husband's employer offers 7,500 a year to assist in adoptions.  We weren't even aware of it!  So ask.

Most agencies have loan services set up, and not all the fees to adopt are due up front - you have to pay the agency fee which is usually between 12-14K and then the rest you pay when it's due/needed in the process.

Shop around for prices with agencies too. Don't assume if you pay more you get more.  It doesn't always work that way.

  10. YES, you can adopt a baby through foster care!!! you have to be patient though, as you would through any agency. call your local DCFS and ask to speak to the adoption case worker and get their advice.

it can happen, we are going to be adopting a baby this way soon too...

    Good luck
